I went to an "interview" with Krystle Duran at Ajilon in Mesa or Tempe, AZ, and after spending several hours there, was told I would be "priority listed" since I was a registered nurse. NEVER heard back from them; emailed them about 9-10 months later and got the runaround. Today I received an email saying it was Krystle's last day and that my "account" was being turned over to two other idiots.

Tired of my recruiter being rude to me
I started in may taking covid temps I was late one day because I got lost. Didn't know area very well.
I did accidentally was a no show twice in 7 months. I had asked for a raise 5 months into working. Recruiter said not now we can reevaluate in 2 months. Sept 10th is when I last talked to her.
It's been 2 and half months now. Tried calling her since she said she would reevaluate a raise. Called her 4 times no response. Finally texted her and she texted me back saying this is not a text conversation.
She keeps using my past. Mistakes against me. And I'm tired of it. Needless to say I get up at 4am monday thru friday.
I work 5:10 to 8:30 am then go back at 5:30 to 6:30pm. I also get no holiday pay no sick time. I drive to windsor twice a day and live in loveland. She says she doesn't have the ability to give me a raise.
That the client had to. She focuses on things I've done wrong.
Never calls to see how I am. Just very unprofessional
User's recommendation: Make sure you get a recruiter who cares

Ajilon is not a nice place. The staff will not return your phone calls.
I had a staff member call me re: a position - missed her call - call her back - out of the office. Will not return until the following week. No follow-up was done. It is has been 2 months.
It seems as though the staff has no Integrity. Bring back the Old School mentality to the entire world.

Don't bother with Phoenix Arizona office
These people are full of *** If you ever turn down a job because you won't drive an hour for $12.00, they will never offer you anything decent again. You see new jobs posted but they say oh things haven't updated yet.
Once in a great while you get an email about positions but when you inquire, you get blown off or no response at all. They will tell you this & this coming up but then when you keep following up, it didn't materialize or they have no clue what you're talking about. The friendliness only lasts as long as all the time you wasted going to their office with your resume then filling out redundant paperwork--after that, they don't care.
They must get commission for how many people they get into their office by all the bs about all the great jobs they need to fill right away. Don't waster your time with Ajilon.
Employer
These people are the biggest *** on earth. Thieves and should be in jail for robbery!
Staffing Manager - Kristina Mangahas
Please provide me Kristina Mangahas supervisor's contact information. My experience as an Associate with Ajilon is going from bad to worst.
More specifically due to Kristina Mangahas who works at the Downtown LA office in CA.
I am currently on assignment and due to Kristina's lack of professionalism and not keeping my conversation with her confidential my workplace environment was disrupted. After finding out that Kristina had told the Recruiting agent at my assignment about a conversation I had with her, I contacted someone at the DTLA office and requested the contact information of Kristina's supervisor, I got an e-mail from Kristina providing me with a coleague's contact information.
Please e-mail me the information to cynthiamenjivar@***.com
Waste of time
When I first started talking to a recruiter the position and company sounded VERY promising. The recruiter seemed really positive that I qualified for the job and that the company would want to talk to me.
She wanted to meet with me right away and made it sound like the company wanted an interview in the next couple of days. I went to the office, had to fill out all kinds of paperwork like I was actually becoming an employee(including forms of ID for an 1-9). Everything was going well, until the account manager came in. The account manager looked very Not Amused, like why are you wasting my time with this person?
They didn't seem to think I was too qualified, and I began to feel like the recruiter was more concerned with just getting me signed on with her than if I was actually qualified for anything.
Then after that meeting...crickets. She had promised to follow up on me even if I didn't get the interview, promised they had been getting a lot of similar jobs. But, crickets. I finally called to follow up and she didn't even mention the interview.
She said they only had gotten one other similar job in the past month and I didn't qualify. So clearly, she wasn't ever going to bother following up "either way".
I found that whole experience unprofessional and worrisome now that I know I gave them all the info for an I9.
I know they're a legit staffing firm, but it just still seems odd that I had to do that with no offer. Never again will I do that!
*HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
This company and recruiters will completely waste your time. They take you through too much just for a job.
They keep you in the dark, they do not give you an update, they just fall off the map. They take their sweet time responding or they don't at all AFTER they get you to take multiple multiple college level exams and after receiving your resume with OTHER companies listed that they can reach out to for their own business purposes. [I held a 4.0 in high school and college....the exams weren't extremely difficult just extremely TIME CONSUMING...] and there were the initial assessment tests they hit you with..AND even more EXAMS that are section after section after section with an enormous amount of questions within each section. It's B.S.
and wastes your time! They suck, are unprofessional and have people coming and going..quitting like crazy. No one really stays there!
There's a reason for it. AND..after so long, they'll switch you to "Commission Only" which no one likes.

Don't Waste Your Time!
Ajilon is a joke! The posting of fake jobs is so annoying and unprofessional!!!
Don't get people's hopes up because you just want to collect resumes!! We're looking for jobs not petty antics!!! Not looking to be part of your sophomoric games!!! I've been trying for 6 months to connect about an actual job but they rarely exist!!!
NO return calls! BS comments on LinkedIn. I've just had it with these people. They claim to be different but they are not.
Because of my experience with them, I will NEVER use or refer them at any company I'm working at. Can't wait to spread the word!!
Rude as ***
Lopez maybe nice on e-mail during phone communication is the worst she must not love her job, may talk nice but her attitude and patient suck to the core complete opposite entirely short no good at all can really get under your skin make you catch a case in every wrong negative way, *** you off probably wanted to *** me off on purpose, otherwise would not mistreat me so badly should be fired from this job doesn't deserve having recruiter job isn't for you your hobby is to get clients angry give them bad experience with you in it unacceptable inappropriate shame on you skank.
Stereo typed, pushy, out for their commission only
Twice - Tried to place me in low paying positions that require no skills, just speaking my language when answering phones. The recruiter seemed irriated when l said NO, l have extensive medical background experience, software packages, managed care, etc working in hospitals and facilities.
The recruiter pointed out both times that l speak Spanish, so does half of the world!! When l received Ajilons call l was informed they had multiple positions l could fit into, what happened??, was it a ploy just to get me in there and get more names of forner companies and managers for their records to later use for their purpose.
Beware!!! Fake Job postings!!!!
I have spoken with 2 different recruiters the 1st one was Kristina and the 2nd person was Emily and I even interviewed with Emily! I explained my bad experience with her that I had with Kristina and she assured me that she would assist me further and that Kristina was no longer employed with Ajilon, even though they have repeated job postings online in my field of which I qualify for, this agency has yet to find me a job!
I was offered a 1-week assignment ONLY after I was adamant about seeking a Direct Hire position. I regret submitting my personal information to this company that doesn't respond to emails and/or phone calls.
I'm not sure how this company stays in business and is allowed to prey on the vulnerable jobless individuals. STAY CLEAR OF THIS AGENCY!!!!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
HORRIBLE!!!
I received a call about a week or so ago as a reference for a former coworker after speaking to the woman I was actually able to get a meeting for myself as I'm unemployed as well... To make a long story short I'm STILL waiting for a call from someone to be placed at a temp to hire position.
I gave these people ALL my personal information and they don't even have the common courtesy to follow up and let you know if they are able to assist or not. I have placed a phone call and an email with NO RESPONSE....I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone....stay clear of Ajilon !!!!!!!!
- Awful
Ajilon tried to use me to obtain leeds
I had registered with Ajilon at their invitation. They had an ad posted online and I sent in my resume.
It was a long drive but I thought I would get some jobs from them. They never contacted me about the particular job I submitted for. I called in available almost every week for many weeks and got no work. Then one day a guy who was assistant to the recruiter I had met with called me.
I thought they were finally going to send me out on a job. He asked me if I had been working. I said I had had a few short term temp jobs and then asked me what companies I had worked for . I knew immediately he was trying to get leeds from me.
Companies that use temps that they could approach and try to get those businesses to use them instead of what ever agency I had worked there through. I refused to give him the information, he was being overly cheerful - he knew he was being a skunk - he asked me to hold on so the recruiter could talk to me. She was very overly cheerful and shmoozy to try and get the info from me. I did not give them any info.
I was really offended they never got me a job but wanted to use me for leeds at my expense because if I had given them the information and they had succeeded in getting the businesess to switch to them I certainly would not have been offered any work. It was so obvious they were just trying to use me and never help me. This was the Hauppauge, NY office. I would stay away from them.
They may help some people or else they could not stay in business but you could be unlucky like me. Never tell an employment agency where you have been working when another agency got you the job. Lie if you have to - say you got the temp work direct through Craigslist and the company requested you not give their name to any staffing agencies you work with . Don't *** the hand that feeds you.
You will be the loser in the end. Ajilon is not the only one who dose this.

Preferred solution: i want nothing from them just to warn people
Never a response from Ajilon
I had applied for eight positions online and I never hear back from Ajilon. I ended up calling the NYC office and got someone on the line, who seemed super busy and did not have the time to talk with me.
She just said for me to send over my resume and she will look it over the weekend. She emailed back and said that she was only staffing accounting and finance roles so she is going to turn me over to her colleague, Andrew, and that he would reach out to me. The following week rolls around and I still did not hear from Andrew, so I reached out to the lady again and this time, she said she will follow up with Andrew.
And I still haven't heard from Andrew. Or to any of the postings that I've applied to.

Never heard of them ; but I don't like their committee designed name which says nothing about the nature of the business and sounds like generic mush. I don't care one whit about "friendliness" ; only results. If you can't get results, move on.
